Rehab is an alternative hip hop, rock and country band from Warner Robins, GA that started out as a hip hop duo. Founders Danny Boone and Brooks Buford met and bonded over music while attending the same rehab facility, and quickly developed a sound by fusing rap and rock with their southern roots. With Sony Records, the duo released its debut album as Rehab, titled Southern Discomfort, in 2000 and spent the next two years on the road supporting the album before Boone and Buford parted ways. Boone kept the name Rehab and found seasoned musicians to form a band while he remained the primary rapper. The newly recharged Rehab signed with Arshid Entertainment and released Graffiti the World in 2005. In the years following, the song "Sittin' at a Bar" from the original duo's debut album became a recognizable hit while the band settled with the major label Universal Republic, which released the band's 2010 album Welcome Home.
