As far as festivals are concerned, St. Patrick's Day is one of Ireland's most popular exports. The St. Patrick's Day Parade held in Henderson's Water Street district is one of the biggest events in these parts. The parade has over 125 entries including marching bands and bagpipes, loads of Celtic activities, arts and crafts vendors and Irish merchandise for sale. No St. Patrick's Day celebration is complete without lots of green beer, provided organizers, are courteous enough. The post parade carnival and festival is held at the Henderson Events Plaza. So put on your Shamrock jewellery, step into your river dance shoes, pick up that Irish harp if you have one and join in!
