Aldo Nova is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer who shot to fame when his self-titled debut album dropped in 1982. His debut single "Fantasy" bagged the number 23 position on Billboard's Hot 100 and remains his most iconic song to date with many hailing it as an all-time rock classic. While Nova has not produced much work as a performer and releases his own music only sporadically, he has garnered a name for himself writing and producing songs for other musicians like Celine Dion, Bon Jovi and Clay Aiken, even winning a Grammy for his work on Celine's Falling into You. In 2018, Aldo released his latest album 2.0, over 20 years after the release of Also's Dream in 1997. From 2008 to 2016, Aldo wrote over 100 songs for his rock opera The Life and Time of Eddie Gage which is due to release in June 2020. He also claims to have over 200 unreleased songs on his hard-drive. A rock legend, Aldo continues to helm an avid fan following despite his long absences on the scene.
