The Scottish duo Hue and Cry is composed of brothers Pat and Greg Kane. Best known for its 1987 hit single "Labour of Love," its second single for Circa Records, the band is often regarded as a one-hit wonder. Hue and Cry began experimenting with folk, country and jazz in the 1990s, though its music never received the same response it had during its early pop days. Despite the the band's fall from mainstream pop music, the Kane brothers have continuously released music together, starting with its debut album Seduced and Abandoned, to its 2012 record, Hot Wire.
