The World Pastry Cup has been going strong since its 1989 inception, with each biennial installment every bit as delicious, if not more so, than the last. The international competition pits renowned chef against renowned chef as they dazzle spectators with exquisite confectionery concoctions sculpted out of sugar, chocolate, even ice.
