Sara Pascoe is a stand-up comedian, writer and actress from London who is perhaps best known for her work on British television, of which The Thick of It and Being Human are the most prominent examples. However, despite her success so far on the small screen, Pascoe began pursuing a career in stand-up comedy in 2010 with her first show Sara Pascoe vs. Her Ego at Edinburgh, where it received critical acclaim and won over audiences. Taking a cue from her success as a stand-up comic, Sara Pascoe currently runs the London-based comedy club The House of Mirth on the last Tuesday of every month.
