Querétaro Fútbol Club is a professional football squad and a member of Mexican premiere league, Liga MX. The club was founded in 1950 and is nicknamed Los Gallos Blancos (The White Roosters). After spending most of its history in Primera División A, Querétaro was promoted to Liga MX at the end of the 2008-2009 season. The team hosts its home matches at Estadio Corregidora in Querétaro.
