Craft An EVA Foam Dagger And Sheath - A Maker Academy Workshop At RCCC '24
Welcome to the Foam Forge! Students will craft a beautiful, laser-engraved prop dagger and sheath using EVA Foam, hot glue, and super glue. Join Beverly of Downen Creative Studios as she helps you build your rotary tool skills with beveling and polishing techniques, as well as many of her tips for creating a high-quality EVA foam prop. At the end of this workshop, you'll have a beautiful con-safe EVA foam prop that is ready to seal, paint, and customize for your next cosplay! All materials and equipment will be provided.
Workshop LevelIntermediate. Students should have basic knowledge or some experience using the tools that we will use in class.

Instructor: Downen Creative Studios Duration: 90 minutes Workshop Level: Intermediate Minimum Age Requirement: 16 Equipment students will use: Heat Guns, Hot Glue Guns, Rotary Tools.
