Goodnight, Texas is a folk duo comprised of Avi Vinocur and Patrick Wolf. With Vinocur from San Francisco and Wolf from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the duo chose their after after discovering the geographic midpoint between the musician's hometowns was the town of Goodnight, Texas. Releasing its debut album, A Long Life of Living, in 2012, the group has since kept active, releasing additional LPs, touring and evening singing the National Anthem for the San Francisco Giants for their game against the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2017.
