ARMS was originally the acoustic solo project of Todd Goldstein, lead guitarist for Harlem Shake, that eventually evolved into an electric trio once Harlem Shake dissolved. Goldstein spits his boy-like lyrical snarls over treble guitars, pumping bass and bedroom percussion. Goldstein recruited the other members in the Brooklyn trio from his favorite bands that Harlem Shake used to tour with. Following the tradition of Goldstein's first recordings with the project, ARMS still records its music at home on laptops.
