The Harbour of Light Parade lights up Sydney Harbour with thousands of twinkling lights every New Year's Eve. Originated in 1999, the parade is an essential part of the city's New Year festivities and features a select few vessels decked up with rope lights. The boats featured at the event include tall ships, heritage vessels as well as charter boats.
