During the cruise, a charity auction will be held. Disclaimer.- 19 + ONLY !!!- If you are late for boarding, you will not get a refund for your ticket!- No drinks, drugs, or weapons are allowed on the boat!- Guests will not be allowed to board if they are intoxicated or are unruly in the boarding area.- All guests will be patted down and all bags will be searched.- In case of unfavorable weather for sailing, the boat will not abandon coastal waters and will be shuttling at a safe distance from the shore. Yacht Empress of Canada is a 3-level boat with one open deck and 2 covered decks.- In case of storms, tornadoes and other natural or man-made disasters, classified by the team yacht as a force majeure, the event will be canceled and tickets will be refunded.
