Just outside Cambridge city boundary, Milton Country Park is perfect for country lovers: whether angler, walker, horse rider or cyclist. A network of over two miles of surfaced footpath criss-crosses the park, a mixture of woods, grassland and pond habitat. The visitor center introduces the wildlife of the park, and the work of the rangers and volunteers. Outside, butterflies dance in the sun and warblers sing from the hedgerows. You may even be lucky enough to see muntjac deer, or a kingfisher! Refreshments are available and there is a picnic area. Wheelchair users should note there are surfaced paths.
