The directorate arranges the co-ordination of all congress and Trade Fair activities, held at the Prague Exhibition Grounds (Výstavitě). These include the complete preparation of exhibitions, installation of stands, every support including advertising, translation, interpreting and secretarial services etc. These grounds cover an impressive area of exhibition space which is allocated to various halls and pavilions. Nearby, is a swimming pools and winter sports stadium, and an amusement park.
