Originally built in 1932, the Hockenheim circuit spent decades languishing in the shadows of the legendary Nürburgring until finally securing a position on the Formula One grid in 1970. The host of the German Grand Prix every other year, Hockenheim is one of the fastest circuits in Formula One. Every time the Prix comes around thousands of fans flock to Hockenheim in the hope of seeing their favorite driver or team emerge victorious in the race.
