Located in the Livingston Depot, a hulk of a brick building that was designed by the same architect who blueprinted New York's Grand Central Station, this museum pays homage to Montana's railroad past. Visitors can peer into an authentic ticket agent's office and see ticket punchers, schedules, and train orders from the early 1900s. Kids can launch messages on a working telegraph or play in the kids' gallery that features a train safety exhibit and various games. There is also plenty of adjacent shopping and dining options for mom and dad.
