Bargemusic

Bargemusic is an old barge converted into a chamber music hall in Brooklyn. This recital room is now well established and prestigious, although many questioned the sanity of Olga Bloom when she decided to convert a humble barge into a music venue. Huge overhead beams, a cozy fireplace, and cherry paneled interiors make for an intimate and lively ambiance here. Visitors can watch musicians work their magic on the small stage, all year round, right under the spectacular beauty that is the Brooklyn Bridge.
