The horseshoe-shaped, two-tiered Heinz Field is home to football's Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Pittsburgh Panthers. The venue offers fantastic views of the city and has a seating capacity of 65,500. The heating system and design of the stadium ensure that the ground is never cold. Besides football, the stadium regularly hosts other events. A few smaller events also take place in the Heinz Field Parking Lot that is located near the North Shore.
