The Dukes leaves theater lovers spellbound, with the amazing performances hosted here. This marvelous and spacious cinema was originally known as the Duke's Playhouse. This theater established in 1972, has been at the forefront of the arts and cultural scene in Lancaster. Plays, movies, musicals, dances are performed here. It has a very rich and entertaining line up every year. Besides the entertainment, their first class facilities are worth a mention. The DT3 is a large space for young performers with a capacity for 112 guests. Their Round theater is used for various plays and can seat 240 people.
