Located inside the Mr. Smalls Funhouse, the Mr. Smalls Theatre is a grand venue with a seating capacity of 650. What was formerly an 18th-century Catholic church, has now been transformed into an entertainment venue with two well-stocked bars, a stage area and high-end light and acoustics; thus retaining the old world charm as well as modernity. Although a small venue, this Mr. Smalls Theatre has been graced with scintillating performances by the likes of Rusted Root and Ziggy Marley. All this and much more, explain the reason of it being the top-notch small music venue in Pittsburgh and a premium venue of the country.
