Opened the 1968, the Parktheater Bensheim was the only theater in Bensheim and locals of the city made this their meeting point for all cultural events. Restorations in 1998 saw a complete halt of activities for a whole 14 months but the reopening was a stunning success with much appreciation coming in for the modern glassy facade and a complete revamp of the stage setup, acoustics, sound and light and logistics.
