Eglise Saint Etienne De La Cite

Built in the 12th Century, this church (once considered the Cite's cathedral) sustained much damage in the French Wars of Religion, and now stands without its original bell tower. Although a bit bruised, the church still houses a 12th-century bishop's tomb, as well as a 17th-century oak altarpiece. On top of its historical relevance, the church also boasts a contemporary life, as it hosts concerts throughout the year.
