Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater, which is part of the Chautauqua Institution, is a thriving venue for many concerts, symphonies, summits, community events and so on. Built in 1893, the open-air theater is known for being a lucrative platform for many actors, musicians and public figures. Several dance programs, Broadway shows, band events are held here. The amphitheater is, however best known for Franklin D. Roosevelt's historic "I hate war" speech that was delivered from this very podium. Call for more details.
