Teylers Museum

Opened in 1784, the former home of Pieter Teyler van der Hulsta- Fundatiehuis (Teyler), now known as the Teyler's Museum, is part of history since it has been in operation for so long. It is one of the country's oldest museums and has a number of art and science samples and displays like coins, paintings, fossils and minerals, instruments of physics and even has displays that have not been changed since the 18th Century! The museum also boasts of a library for reference. Call ahead for more information as there are many exhibitions and events happening all year.
