Long Beach is a flourishing commercial and cultural hub, replete with a bevy of attractions and scenic spots. One of the largest shipping ports on the West Coast, the city has an economy which thrived on fishing and oil, and today tourism is a major contributor, too. Long Beach is often used as a locale for film shoots due to its laid back seaside vibes.
