Awarded as the Beste Theater van Nederland 2012, Schouwburg Amphion is the biggest theater in the region of Achterhoek and fourth in the city of Gelderland. The theater features two elegant event spaces, 860-seater The Rabobank Hall and 300-seater The Wegener Media Room. The theater boasts of over 200 entertaining shows of cabarets, musicals, dance acts, comedy, opera and concerts, both by renowned and amateur production companies; and the popular talent contest 'Open Podium' held annually. The theater restaurant offers a good buffet and a la carte options too.
