Schlossplatz is one of the most prominent squares in the city and is known for its constant hubbub. The square is quite busy throughout the year with tourists and locals flocking it everyday. The square is dotted with several significant buildings including the Schlosshöfe, a buzzing shopping center, and the charming Schloss Oldenburg and St Lamberti-Kirche. Markets are held at the square quite often.
