Waldbühne

Built in the 1930s, the Waldbühne is regarded by many as one of the best and most atmospheric open-air venues in the city. Affiliated with Olympiapark Berlin, the 22,290-seat amphitheater is as pretty as it is impressive. The Waldbühne hosts a whole range of shows during the summer season including cinema classics like The Blues Brothers and Pulp Fiction and rock and pop concerts by the likes of Volbeat and U2. One of the highlights is the annual concert by the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, where classical music enthusiasts can enjoy a champagne picnic with Mozart or Beethoven.
