For many years, Es Paradís has been San Antonio's best nightclub. It has a reputation for setting trends that are quickly followed by other clubs; it was the first to hold a "water party", which consists of the whole dance-floor being flooded by sprinklers. The water parties are usually held every Tuesday and Saturday in the summer, which is the only time of year the club opens. Drinks here, like in other clubs, are expensive. The music is excellent, if you are into techno and electronic music. Admission prices vary depending on what is going on in the club that night, although this is one of the cheapest nightclubs on the island. And anyway, it is usually easy to get in free with a bit of negotiation.
