Quite densely populated, Rapperswil-Jona is a Swiss municipality located in the St.Gallen canton. It is an amalgamation of Bollingen, Busskirch, Curtiberg, Kempraten-Lenggis, Wagen and Wurmsbach municipalities, besides Rapperswil and Jona. The municipality, being an extensive one, has many attractions rich in cultural and historical heritage like Chapel of St. Dionys, Wurmsbach Abbey and many prehistoric sites.
