Burgdorf

Serving as an ideal base for the various hiking and walking tours towards the Emmental region in west central Switzerland, Burgdorf is a prosperous and beautiful village. The majority of the landscape here is hilly and forested, thus giving the village a more enchanting appeal. The ancient and late-baroque patrician houses and cottages lined up along the charming streets add to the beauty.
