Eataly

Chicago's Eataly is the chain's largest US location, a superstore of Italian imports that contains everything you need to live la dolce vita. Operated by Joe Bastianich, this upscale store is equal parts European farmers market and American supermarket, with a high priority and fine focus on sourcing only the finest in Italian imports. In addition to the excellent wines, olive oils and vinegar, dry goods, condiments, and miscellaneous items shipped in from abroad, the market makes its own products such as pasta, baked goods, and mozzarella.
