AR, United States
Counted as one of the most prosperous cities of Arkansas, Fayetteville is also the state's third-biggest city. Lying on the periphery of the mighty Boston Mountain range, it was first settled by migrants from Tennessee's Fayetteville and that is how it got its present name. University of Arkansas is a historic education building that dates back to the year 1871. One of its key attractions is the city square renowned for its sprawling gardens as well as the bustling Farmer's Market which comes to life in spring. Dickson Street remains a busy spot for upscale dining outlets, shops and nightclubs. Dance performances, theatrical acts, and Broadway shows are regularly held at its various performing arts venues like Walton Arts Center. A number of scenic parks are maintained by the city council, while some of them offer picturesque trails that take one through Fayetteville's eventful history and spellbinding scenery.
