With this Thyme for a Taste class, learn from Chef Alex the basic steps to pickle anything! From a zesty quick brine that works fabulously for a snacking cucumber to pickling fruit for savory and cocktail applications - learn how to upgrade your next girls night or bbq with a (VERY) simple technique!Instructor: Chef Alex Mudry-TillLength: Approximately 1 hour.Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the instructors, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made at the conclusion of the demonstration.Restrictions: Ages 16 and older.
