Stade Rennais is a French football club founded on March 10, 1901, in Rennes. It plays in Ligue 1 and boasts several Coupe de France and League 2 titles and one Champion's trophy. This is in addition to three Bretagne League titles (1904, 1908, 1909), three West League titles (1919, 1920, 1923), and also the Western Inter federal Cup in 1919 . The club plays its home matches at Roazhon Park. Stade Rennais, is also known for its youth academy, the Henry Guérin Training Center, which formed in 2000. The academy won the Gambardella's Cup three times in 1973, 2003 and 2008. The official colors of its team are red and black, which is also nickname for players, Les Rouges et Noirs. Its anthem "Vague Rouge," was created in 2014, but the club is also famous for the hit "La galette-saucisse." Its chief rival club is FC Nantes.
