David Crosby is a name that will be forever linked to some of the most successful folk rock music to come out of the second half of the 20th Century. As a founding member of both The Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash, he's made important contributions to classic rock, penning some of CSN's biggest hits, including "Almost Cut My Hair," "Deja Vu" and "Long Time Gone" along the way. His folk-influenced guitar playing and the high range of his voice are as identifiable as his trademark long hair and thick handlebar mustache. After a couple decades worth of reuniting with various members of CSN (which often included Neil Young) and collaborating with some of classic rock's biggest names, Crosby has settled into a path of solo work, showcasing his skills as the vintage songwriter that he is.
