The Wanted is a British pop/boy band based in London that is comprised of members from both England and Ireland, and are regularly featured at or near the top of both countries' singles charts. Since the release of its eponymous debut album in 2010, The Wanted saw their successful debut reach #4 on the UK Album Charts, along with a slew of spawned singles that never reached a spot lower than #4 on singles charts in both the Ireland and the UK. Much the the thrill and delight of its fans, The Wanted released it's astronomically successful follow-up album Gold Forever in 2011, effectively announcing to the world that this boy band isn't going away for quite some time.
