Labrinth is the stage name for Timothy McKenzie, a hip-hop and R&B singer/songwriter and producer from London who achieved substantial recognition for his work with rapper Tinie Tempah on the hit singles "Pass Out" and "Frisky," both of which reached #1 on the UK R&B Charts in 2010. Since becoming the first non-talent show winning artist to become signed to Simon Cowell's famed Syco label, Labrinth is considered to be one of the fastest rising pop stars in Britain today. Although Labrinth has recently proven himself to the world as a capable solo act, he is also known to have a huge talent for producing, as evidenced by his several acclaimed remixes of today's hottest alternative hip-hop acts.
