Chain & The Gang was formed in 2009 by Ian Svenonius, the man behind The Make-Up and The Nation of Ulysses in Washington, DC. Its debut album, Down With Liberty... Up With Chains! is a rhetorical take on lifestyle and personal views. Funky and offbeat, this indie rock band is an experimental medley of garage punk, vocal quartets, indie pop and funk. For those who like to expand their genres, this band will evolve your musical taste.
