Holly Cole is a Canadian jazz singer from Halifax, Nova Scotia who has earned a prominent following in Canada and Japan with her adventurous, genre-inclusive style. With elements of rock, country and classic show tunes woven into her songs, she released her debut album with the Holly Cole Trio, Girl Talk, in 1990, and has since been dropping a steady stream of records, from her popular Christmas offerings to cover albums.
