Moe Bandy is the stage name for Marion Franklin Bandy, Jr., a country western singer/songwriter from Meridian, Mississippi who has been successfully performing on the country music scene for over 40 years. Since getting his start in the early 1960s aspiring to be a country musician like his heroes Hank Williams, Jr. and George Jones, Bandy's one-of-a-kind vocal talent would eventually catch the attention of genre fans, as well as its biggest performers during the 1970s--effectively catapulting him to country stardom during the decade. Since then, Moe Bandy has experienced one of the most steadily successful careers in country music history, and with over 30 albums and countless performances to his name, the singer/songwriter is showing no sign of slowing down.
