Flotsam and Jetsam is a band from Phoenix, Arizona that was formed in 1981 and takes its name from a chapter of J.R.R. Tolkein's The Two Towers. While the band has gone through a series of lineup changes, it has remained active since its formation, continuing to produce its unique blend of trash metal and modern rock.
