John Coffey is a post-hardcore band from Utrecht, Netherlands that was founded in 2005. The group's name is a reference to the fictional character John Coffey from the short story The Green Mile by Stephen King. The group released its debut album, Vanity, in 2009 and since then the group has been busy touring frequently, building an ever expanding fan base in the process.
