Sirsy is an indie pop group that emerged out of Albany, NY in 1999. Featuring lead singer Melanie Krahmer, who also plays on drums, flute, and bass with a stick, and guitarist Rich Libutti, who multitasks snare drum and bass, Sirsy is recognizable for its off-kilter stage performances and instrument combinations. The band released its debut studio album Baggage, in 2002, and has since built a massive national following with a rigorous tour schedule, which has also spawned several live albums such as 2010's BYOB: Collection B and 2016's Live in Youngstown.
