R. City, also known as Rock City, is a modern hip-hop duo from the US Virgin Islands. Made up of brothers Theron and Timothy Thomas, known respectively as A.I and Uptown AP, the band blends its songwriting prowess with shard record production, resulting in the smooth R&B, pop and reggae textures of its music. Shortly after forming in 2003, R. City became an early victim of industry technicalities and ended up having to shelve its first album. After years of hard work tuning and perfecting its own style, the group released its debut, What Dreams Are Made Of, with RCA and Kemosabe records in 2015.
