Long Distance Calling

By interjecting subtle elements of melodic hardcore into its fluid post-rock sonic aesthetic, the German band Long Distance Calling has managed to create a unique sound for itself and attract an ever growing fan base of individuals who are looking for forward thinking and unskittish listening material. Formed in 2006, the band has been busy recording a steady stream of studio material, starting with 2007's Satellite Bay, in addition to spending a good deal of time touring, where it delivers its sonically-engrossing songs to typically enraptured audiences.
