Katja Ebstein is a German singer who has represented her nation in the Eurovision Song Contest three times. Though she has never won the competition, Ebstein has achieved considerable fame from her appearances. Though she entered into the contest in 1970, 1971 and 1980, her greatest year was in 1980, when she came in second place.
