Chicago-based DJ Chris Shively, who performs under the Chrissy Murderbot moniker, first started his music career in 1995 with his production work for various underground New York record labels. Shivley's passion however was electronic dance music, specifically for the rave scene, which he focused on when he opened his own label, Sleazetone Records. As Chrissy Murderbot, Shivley also ventures into the juke, dupstep and disco territories, marking him as an interesting DJ that has no problem experimenting with diverse styles, which has allowed him to perform to audiences around the world.
