Though you may not have heard of Medina in the US she reigns as pop royalty in her native country of Denmark. In 2010 she was the biggest female artist on the Danish music scene and sold over 95,000 albums and over 350,000 singles. Medina has an electronic vibe and her catchy dance beats are accompanied with her synthesized voice to create classic club hits. Although Medina gained fame in Denmark with danish songs, she is quickly being recognized internationally. her 2009 English song titled "You and I" made the charts in Britain and the United States.
