Manel

Manel is a Catalan-speaking indie pop and folk group from Barcelona. The band consists of four guys who first met at school and starting gaining attention as finalists in a 2007 music competition. With some well-earned prize money, Manel was able to record and release its debut album, which was named in the top-ten albums of the year by both Rockdelux and MondoSonoro. Sophomore album 10 milles per veure una bona armadura became Spain's best-selling album within 10 days of its release in March 2011.
